Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with expertise in full-stack development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on both front-end and back-end technologies. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development team, defining project requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development team and provide technical guidance and mentorship.
- Define project requirements and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design and implement user interfaces using React.js.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and scalability of applications.
- Identify and address technical challenges and bottlenecks.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in full-stack development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with React.js or similar front-end frameworks.
- Strong understanding of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
