Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. As a Senior MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of web applications, providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members, and ensuring the scalability and performance of our applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js.
  • Design and implement user interfaces using React.js.
  • Ensure the scalability and performance of applications.
  • Identify and address technical challenges and bottlenecks.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in full-stack development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
