Job Description:

Mobiloitte Technologies is seeking a skilled and experienced Node.js Team Lead to oversee our Node.js development projects. As a Node.js Team Lead, you will lead a team of developers, manage project timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality Node.js applications.

Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Node.js developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Set clear objectives and goals for the team and ensure alignment with the company’s objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to maximize team productivity and morale.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Project Management:

  •  Plan, prioritize, and manage project timelines and resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or roadblocks that may arise.
  • Ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.

Technical Leadership:

  • Provide technical leadership and expertise in Node.js development, architecture, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and implement scalable and high-performance Node.js applications.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Node.js development and share knowledge with the team.

Client Interaction:

  •  Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients to provide technical solutions and address any concerns or issues.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar leadership role in Node.js development projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Node.js and related technologies.
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Experience in client interaction and relationship management.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
