Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead iOS Developer proficient in both Swift and Objective-C to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in iOS development and a proven track record of leading teams to deliver high-quality applications. As a Lead iOS Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain complex iOS applications for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C programming languages.
  • Mentor and guide a team of developers in best practices and development methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
  • Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
  • Continuously learn and improve skills to keep up with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in iOS development with a strong focus on both Swift and Objective-C programming.
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of iOS developers.
  • Proficient in iOS SDK, Xcode, and related development tools.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software development principles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Git or other version control systems.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Previous experience leading development teams and delivering complex iOS applications.
