Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Business Analyst/Quality Assurance (BA/QA) professional with 8+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both business analysis and quality assurance, with a focus on mobile app and web app development. As a Lead BA/QA, you will be responsible for leading a team of BA/QA professionals, overseeing the requirements gathering process, and ensuring the quality and functionality of our products.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of BA/QA professionals, providing mentorship and guidance.
  • Lead the requirements gathering process, working closely with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of requirements, including user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for mobile and web applications.
  • Identify and document software defects and track issues to resolution.
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
  • Conduct functional, usability, and regression testing.
  • Perform manual and automated testing as needed.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for improvements to the development team.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and quality assurance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in business analysis and quality assurance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of software testing principles and practices.
  • Experience with testing tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar.
  • Experience with mobile app and web app development is a plus.
