Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and target potential customers in the assigned market segment to generate sales leads.
  2. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.
  3. Actively prospect and engage with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and networking events.
  4. Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and value of our IT solutions.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business requirements and providing tailored solutions.
  6. Collaborate with the internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure effective product positioning and customer satisfaction.
  7. Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
  8. Stay updated with the latest advancements in the IT industry and our product offerings to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
  9. Prepare and submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the sales manager.
  10. Attend sales training programs and workshops to enhance your selling skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Applications (BCA/MCA) or Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.Tech) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in IT or Sales.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships with clients.
  3. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills to effectively showcase and sell our IT products and services.
  4. Knowledge or understanding of IT solutions, software, and technology is a plus.
  5. Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
  6. Self-motivated and result-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
  7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  8. Good organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
