  • New Business Hunting:
      • Proactively seek new business opportunities from Enterprise Accounts.
      • Conduct targeted sales efforts for Web Development, Blockchain, IoT, Mobile Applications, or IT services.
  • Enterprise Account Understanding:
      • Gain deep understanding of Enterprise Accounts and their needs.
  • Business Development Track Record:
      • Demonstrate a successful track record in Business Development with Enterprise clients.
  • Commercial Knowledge:
      • Possess knowledge of commercial processes, bid preparations, and costing.
      • Familiarity with online bidding portals such as Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, etc.
      • Ability to increase Upwork connections and leverage them effectively.
      • Guide the team in utilizing online bidding portals to generate leads and secure projects.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Exhibit strong written and oral communication skills.
    • Deliver effective presentations to clients.
