Job Summary:

As the  Delivery Head and Client Engagement , you will play a pivotal role in scaling our engagement with global markets and establishing efficient processes and best practices. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams within the iLink Digital group, ensuring seamless communication with executive leadership and stakeholders. You will be responsible for meeting organizational objectives with a strong focus on key deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring the alignment of Data & AI solutions with their goals.
  • Lead the development and execution of client engagement strategies to drive client retention and expansion.
  • Provide strategic planning and thought leadership to solidify the company’s position as a key partner in client engagement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve them promptly.

Delivery Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Data & AI projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Establish and maintain delivery processes, methodologies, and best practices, continuously improving project execution.
  • Manage a team of project managers and delivery professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee successful delivery in areas including database development, campaign management, business reporting, strategic planning, customer insights, segmentation & profiling, and customer journey planning & orchestration.
  • Collaborate with solutions leads to ensure ongoing optimization, innovation, and added value in service delivery.

Operational Excellence

  • Drive operational excellence initiatives within the business unit, focusing on efficiency, quality, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to define and execute the strategic vision for the Data & AI business unit.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the unit’s performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with both onsite and offshore client engagement managers to ensure seamless coordination between business growth efforts and project delivery.

Team Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing global teams of client engagement, delivery, and operational professionals.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
  • Provide coaching and professional development opportunities to team members.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in client engagement and delivery management. Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and process improvement.
  • Experience in budget management and financial acumen.
  • PMP, Agile, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
