  • IT Services Expertise:
      • Possess a deep understanding of IT services, app, and web development.
      • Effectively communicate the company’s capabilities to potential clients.
  • Opportunity Identification:
      • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and markets to drive company growth.
  • Lead Generation:
      • Develop and execute strategies for generating new leads in the IT services sector.
      • Expand the client base through proactive lead generation efforts.
  • Outbound Sales:
      • Drive outbound sales efforts, including cold calling, email outreach, and other lead generation methods.
  • Bid Management:
      • Utilize bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Appfutura to secure new projects and contracts.
  • LinkedIn Proficiency:
      • Leverage LinkedIn for networking, lead generation, and establishing relationships with key industry players.
  • Target Achievement:
      • Work towards and exceed sales targets while ensuring the team meets its goals.
  • Team Leadership:
      • Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs), providing guidance, support, and coaching.
  • Team Management:
      • Manage the day-to-day activities of the Business Development team.
      • Schedule tasks, track performance, and set goals to ensure team success.
  • Client Relationship Management:
      • Collaborate with existing clients to identify opportunities for additional business.
      • Foster strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Problem Solving:
      • Identify challenges and roadblocks in the sales process.
      • Propose effective solutions to overcome obstacles and achieve objectives.
  • Conflict Resolution:
      • Resolve conflicts within the Business Development team and facilitate collaboration.
  • Reporting:
      • Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and key metrics for management review.
  • CRM:
