Job Summary:

We are seeking a proficient and detail-oriented Blockchain Technical Project Manager to join our innovative team. As a Blockchain Technical Prject Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of cutting-edge blockchain technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, develop strategy, and drive the successful execution of blockchain initiatives.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Lead the analysis of blockchain technology trends, identifying potential use cases, and developing product strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and deliverables.
  • Determine key metrics to measure the success of blockchain project and track performance against established benchmarks.
  • Drive project development and release management processes, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across multiple teams, ensuring a seamless workflow and successful project completion.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Conduct user research, gather feedback, and incorporate insights into project development lifecycle.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest blockchain tools, methodologies, and industry standards, integrating relevant advancements into product offerings.
  • Collaborate with business development teams to identify and pursue strategic partnerships and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, platforms, and protocols, with a track record of delivering successful blockchain projects.
  • Proven experience as a product manager, preferably within the blockchain industry.
  • Solid technical background with a strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across various teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality products on time.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance standards within the blockchain industry is a plus.
