Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Blockchain Hyperledger Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in blockchain technology, specifically Hyperledger frameworks, and a proven track record of leading teams to deliver high-quality blockchain solutions. As a Blockchain Hyperledger Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain complex blockchain-based solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of blockchain solutions using Hyperledger frameworks (such as Fabric, Sawtooth, Indy) to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define blockchain technology requirements.
  • Develop smart contracts and chaincode using programming languages such as Go, Java, or Node.js.
  • Implement security best practices to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of blockchain data.
  • Integrate blockchain solutions with existing systems and applications.
  • Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in blockchain technology.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years of experience in blockchain development using Hyperledger frameworks.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Java, or Node.js.
  • Experience with distributed systems, cryptography, and security protocols.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its potential applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Corda) is a plus.
  • Certification in Hyperledger frameworks is highly desirable.
  • Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
