Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Blockchain Ethereum Tech Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in blockchain technology, specifically Ethereum, and a proven track record of leading teams to deliver high-quality solutions. As a Blockchain Ethereum Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain complex blockchain-based solutions using Ethereum and related technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of blockchain solutions using Ethereum platform to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and deploy smart contracts using Solidity programming language.
  • Implement security best practices to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of blockchain data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain solutions with existing systems and applications.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in blockchain technology.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 4 years of experience in blockchain development using Ethereum.
  • Proficiency in Solidity programming language.
  • Experience with Ethereum tools and frameworks (e.g., Truffle, Web3.js).
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its potential applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other blockchain platforms (e.g., Hyperledger, Corda) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of decentralized applications (DApps) development.
  • Familiarity with Ethereum Improvement Proposals (EIPs).
  • Experience with smart contract auditing and testing tools.
