Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative AI Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with a strong background in leading AI projects and teams. As an AI Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of AI solutions, driving innovation in AI technologies, and mentoring junior developers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of AI solutions using machine learning algorithms and techniques.
  • Define project requirements and deliverables, and manage project timelines and resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of AI solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support.
  • Conduct research and experiments to improve AI models and algorithms.
  • Design and implement algorithms for data mining, pattern recognition, and natural language processing.
  • Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of AI solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
