Senior Business Analyst (Portal Development & Digital Transformation)

Location:

Remote (WFH), with occasional travel to the MENA region (2-10 days)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to gather, document, and validate bilingual portal requirements and workflows for a large-scale citizen engagement platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct bilingual (Arabic/English) requirement gathering workshops.
• Define portal modules, workflows, and admin functionalities.
• Document user journeys and create user stories.
• Validate Copilot agent use cases and champion dashboard designs.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of business analysis experience.
• Strong documentation and communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
• Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Power Platform).
