Job Summary:

Mobiloitte is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Blockchain Lead to join our team. As a Senior Blockchain Techno-Commercial Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing blockchain-based solutions that meet business requirements. You will play a crucial role in designing the technical architecture of the blockchain solution, identifying areas of improvement, and providing guidance on the commercial aspects of the solution to the business team.

Key Responsibilities:

– Design and implement blockchain-based solutions using various blockchain technologies, such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, and Corda.

– Create and maintain the technical architecture of the blockchain solution.

– Collaborate with the business team to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

– Provide guidance to the business team on the commercial aspects of the blockchain solution.

– Participate in technical discussions with the development team, clients, and stakeholders.

– Stay up-to-date with the latest blockchain technologies and industry trends.

– Develop and maintain technical documentation and project plans.

– Ensure the quality of the deliverables by conducting thorough testing and code reviews.

– Mentor and train junior team members.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

– 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing blockchain-based solutions.

– Proficient in one or more blockchain technologies, such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, and Corda.

– Strong understanding of smart contract development, DApp development, and decentralized system design.

– Knowledge of programming languages such as Solidity, Java, and C++.

– Good understanding of the commercial aspects of the blockchain solution.

– Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.

– Good communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

– Experience in developing enterprise-grade blockchain solutions.

– Experience in working with clients in the financial services, supply chain, or healthcare industries.

– Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

– Strong understanding of cryptography and security principles.
