What you will do?
- Work with the HR business partner on BU specific projects and people initiatives
- Drive monthly and quarterly pulse surveys for the business, analyse data and prepare dashboards and reports to be presented to business stakeholders
- Plan and execute HR specific action items for each business unit in partnership with the HR business partner
- Play a role of an evangelist for new joiners and be their point of contact for all HR-related concerns
- Conduct Exit interviews, record and analyse data and present to the HR partner for further action
- Make process recommendations to achieve operational excellence basis research on industry best practices
- Provide assistance to Business Partners in routine activities and HR projects
- Organize employee engagement activities and events at the team and org level
- Help with compliance reporting
What do you need?
- MBA in HR from a reputed university (preferable)
- 2-3 years of relevant experience working as an HR Generalist
- Experience working on HR systems and platforms, HR operations – onboarding, documentation, separation along with experience in coordinating engagement initiatives
- Strong attention to detail with a self-driven attitude and the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – Ms Word, PowerPoint, and Ms Excel and G-Suite
