Experience: 10 – 15 Years

Location: Delhi /PUNE

Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech + PMP Certified

Desired Skills:

• Manage and Technically guide the overall team in terms of deliverables and day-to-day activities
• Identification of new improvement areas and opportunities, planning the necessary assessments and building up evolution drafts, and addressing new proposals.
• Accountable for managing all aspects of risk, issues, and contingency.
• Manage all project communications and escalation.
• Good knowledge of Streaming concepts and NoSQL concepts.
• Good understanding of Data and provide insights and analytics based on data.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Driving large and complex projects observing Company Standards, Methodologies, Processes and Tools, delivering in compliance with on-budget, on-time, and on-quality constraints.
• Manage and Technically guide the overall team in terms of deliverables and day-to-day activities.
• Identification of new improvement areas and opportunities, planning the necessary assessments and building up evolution drafts and addressing new proposals.
• Closely work with multiple stakeholders including the Platform owners, Business Owners, Product owners, Development Teams and Management teams on deriving the requirements and decisions to improve the overall delivery strategy of the Project.
• Help the developers get clarity and ensure detailed requirements are available for the deliverables.
• Proactively discuss and highlight all the Technical Challenges for any new requirements identified.
• Identify, discuss and Implement best practices and solutions for the overall improvement of the Project.
