Role Overview:
We are hiring a Data Migration Specialist experienced with SharePoint Online and ShareGate to lead a secure, large-scale content migration project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute data migration strategies (~2TB).
- Cleanse, validate, and classify legacy data.
- Perform encrypted data transfers and post-migration validations.
- Ensure metadata mapping and retention policy compliance.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in SharePoint data migrations.
- Hands-on experience with ShareGate and PowerShell scripting.
- Deep understanding of SharePoint metadata, security, and compliance features.
